We would like to thank everyone at Ballard Tree Service for doing a great job with our trees! The job was handled very professionally unlike like past 'tree cutters' who have wrecked my landscaping and killed plants without regard. Andy, (our arborist for the day) was exceptionally polite and articulate with great knowledge about trees as well as plants, taking the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions. He worked with speed and efficiency despite the steep slope in my yard, keeping things neat as he went along. Additional workers came later in the day to clean up and feed the shredder. My wife was so pleased that "they left the driveway even cleaner than it was before". They really took the time to finish the job the right way! We have personally had many dreadful situations with yard workers. The positive experience, including attention to detail & customer service, we received from Ballard Tree Service gives us reason to recommend them to everyone!
