Opened in Wards Corner in Norfolk in August 2000. Our mission is to meet the rehabliitation needs of our patients and their physicians with the highest level of quality and individualized service in a safe and caring environment.

A small outpatient orthopedic office, we offer 1:1 individualized care with a licenced physical therapist. With your physician's referral we will work to schedule an initial evaluation within 48 hours, with a variety of time options to work with everyone's schedule.
