Located just off the intersection of Hwy 100 and Loomis Road in Franklin, Innovative Health & Fitness is home to an army of certified Fitness Professionals, three luxurious pools, the area’s only indoor walking and running track, an entire floor dedicated to state-of-the-art functional training equipment, a spin studio, free weight area and three spacious studios for large group fitness classes.

TERRIBLE GYM!!! ADDED FEES!!! FILTHY!! A few months ago, without any notice and despite having a contract with fees outlined – Innovative Health and Fitness sent out letters that on top of the their fees being TRIPLE what other local gyms charge – they were now going to charge every member a $29.00 Facilities Charge. As if paying TRIPLE WHAT OTHER GYMS COST IS NOT ENOUGH. I joined several years ago and have seen Innovative Health and Fitness go into rapid decline. In the men’s room, there was “white stuff” on one of the bathroom stalls for over two weeks. I commented on it to the front desk – and it was never cleaned. I just stopped using the bathrooms there. The front desk didn’t care and I didn’t care to be in a filthy gym. Leaks in the ceiling and I was at the gym when one of their equipment malfunctioned and a lady was unable to get off. She was taken to the Emergency Room because Innovative Health and Fitness does not maintain their equipment causing dangerous conditions for members. I’m guessing the lady never went back – and neither did I. Having seen someone leave the gym in an ambulance because Innovative Health and Fitness does not take care of their equipment – on top of not being able to use their DISGUSTING BATHROOMS is enough for me. I’m still shocked that the front desk didn’t even care – and LAUGHED about it. TEACHER’S RATING OF INNOVATIVE HEALTH & FITNESS: GRADE F

Filthy, Poor Quality Equipment - Adds Fees with No Notice! I would like to point out the owner of Innovative Health and Fitness, Tim Beyer makes his employees post fake positive reviews in order to try to hide the negative reviews. The empty parking lot says a lot about the shape this health club is in. Match that with a constantly rotating staff, who are openly disgusted with how poorly Innovative Health and Fitness is run. Management treats the staff poorly and the members pay for it. And Keep Paying For It! They added additional $29.00 Fee that was not on the contract. DISHONEST - DISGUSTING - POOR EQUIPMENT AND QUITE FILTHY. One of the worst gyms I have ever been to. Glad I quit my membership - ALONG WITH THOUSANDS OF OTHER FORMER MEMBERS.

RUDE STAFF - TERRIBLE SERVICE – SHOCKINGLY FILTHY BATHROOMS - AND TERRIBLE UPKEEP. THEY ALSO MAKE THEIR EMPLOYEES PASTE POSITIVE FAKE REVIEWS FOR THEIR CLUB TO TRY TO HIDE ALL THE BAD ONES! Innovative tries to give people the "idea" that it is "upscale" when it's anything but. Bathrooms regularly do not get cleaned, broken bike seats in the spin room - and let's not forget the LEAK IN THE SPIN ROOM for SIX MONTHS. The boiler broke in March which made the gym FREEZING and they did not fix it until late fall. For the money - Gold's Gym is much nicer and better experience.

I love this place! It's bright and open, always clean. The equipment is new and is kept in good condition. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. The amenities almost make you feel like it's a spa, not just a gym....Worldwide > United States > Franklin, WI > Gyms and Fitness
