Great store
I'm happy to see an Apple store in the mall. It's quite impressive with its setup. You can preview anything--computers, digital cameras, games, etc. It's a fun place to visit, and it's been a great place to buy Mac stuff. The staff are always friendly. The only thing I would change is to make it bigger. It's a pretty small shop, and they could do so much more.

A good place to browse only.
As a Macintosh user and lover, I love browsing the Apple Store. However, as far a shopping at the Apple store: beware. Their prices are too high and their customer service is poor. I get better of both online where I do all my computer related shopping.

Apple Bites
It's thoroughly unimpressive when you wait on the big day for a new iPhone 4, get through the line, and then have a problem because the swap-and-upgrade to make a gift of an older iPhone cannot be done because at&t is, frankly, too stupid to have realized that not every customer will be able to walk in with all the phones on their account in hand, or might not want them immediately activated.
