Professional & Accomodating
When my beloved Great Aunt suddenly passed away this summer the family chose Evergreen Washelli due to local long term prominence. They provided a funeral director well versed in our family faith tradition. I found their services to be professional and sensitive to the raw emotions of my family. They went the extra mile to pull a coffin we liked from a nearby warehouse within 20 minutes of our request to view it.

Beautiful Cemetary
This is a very nice cemetary that is well kept and very beautiful. It has a wonderful area for military veterens and it's easily accessible by car or by foot.

Very Welcoming and Sensitive
We had the funeral for my father through Evergreen Washelli and they did a really great job with it. The staff was warm and caring and the lobby was very subdued, it just made everything really easy on us and my mom. The place was pretty fancy looking, too, but luckily for us the cost of everything altogether was less than what we got quoted from some of the other funeral homes we called. We went with a cremation, and I didn't know much about it, but they were really patient and understanding. I know it may not sound like it's important, but they had tea in the lobby (coffee, too, for those coffee drinkers) and that just about made me able to think straight. There were a lot of nice little things that made me happy that we did his service through them. I hope that you won't have to be planning a funeral anytime soon, but if you do, I recommend this place.

Highly recommend.
When my Grandma passed away, it was extremely hard on the whole family. We knew that her wish was to be cremated, but weren't sure of all the details. We were so pleased that we chose Evergreen Washelli to help us with all of our needs. They couldn't be more sincere and compassionate and it really seemed as though they cared. Grandma never left their care-even when she was creamted, which was very important to us and was not the case with some of the other funeral homes we called. We also had a budget to work with so they gave us many different options within our price range, and were happy to answer our questions. We chose to have Grandma placed at Abbey View in Brier. Like the main cemetery on Aurora, the grounds are well kept and beautiful all through the year. I find it comforting to know that Grandma's final resting place is clean, quiet, and serene.
