Fast, considerate service with a smile
The national advertisements for Les Schwab show a group of eager young workers treating their customers as family. In Ellensburg, this feeling exudes from the moment you arrive. I have had tires put on my car with a 2 minute wait. They work fast, appear to enjoy their jobs, and always treat people with respect. The only down side to this is that they tend to replace things rather than find ways to repair them (as replacing is always faster than repairing). If you need major mechanical work done on a budget, you should get a second opinion somewhere else.
