excellent paint work ... great people!

I can't explain in words just how great the experience at exotic collsion was.

i went there tohave my bumper fixed on my car .... another person ran into the back of me. I was really upset and didn't have a clue of what to do.

So I went to Exotic Motors Collision and was greeted by a friendly man named Brent. He proceeded to spend time with me explaining just what I needed to do to file a claim and what the process would be to get my car back to the way it was before the accident.

He even got the phone number of the insurance company for me to file the calim right there in the body shop office! He helped me with the claims people and arranged for me to get a rental. All at the same time!

i just had him write up an estimate and he only needed a cklaim number to do all the rest of the paperwork. He took care of all the billing of the repairs. It was alot easier than i thought it would be.

and compared to other shops that I stopped at first (that weren't willing to explain the whole process) these gus were super helpful.

The repair took 3 days and the car looks good as new.
The other shop that I got an estimate from just gave me a piece of paper and told me it would cost about 1000.00 dollars and asked "so do you want to fix it?" Really no customer service at all.

I fI ever need a body shop again I am going back to exotic motors and not even wasting my time anywhere else.

Fix it right the first time!

Who could ever imagine giving an autobody shop a perfect rating? Well, these guys are definitely worth every star. Professional and knowledgeable, they helped me navigate through an industry (auto insurance) that is not known for being your best friend when you suddenly have a claim. Insurance is great at collecting premiums and sending you reams of policy ammendments that you never read, but come time to fix your car, it's shortcut city! Brent and George at Exotic were so good at anticipating all the hassles that they made an otherwise excrutiatingly frustrating process just a process. END RESULT: my car is fixed properly ! I hope I never have to come back but then again...it's probably only a matter of time and at least I can honestly and proudly say: "I now have a friend in the body shop business."

Very satisfied!!!

I was in a minor accident during the snow storm and had to take my car into Exotic Motors to fix a bend in the front end. They were very customer service oriented, did a great job fixing the car and were very helpful with options that were most expensive to least expensive. What I appreciated is that they gave me options but did not in any way try to influence the choice I made. They were very honest and upfront and gave me some good suggestions that were cost saving suggestions. They had my car finished when they said they would and the work was done well. I would strongly recommend them.

exotic is excellent

I brushed my Z3 against a concrete post and while it was not a large problem I was very anxious to get it fixed at a reasonable cost and make it look good. Exotic not only fixed the car at a very reasonable cost but did an excellent job and were very pleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend them for body work.

Exotice Motors' Persistence gets the job done

am really happy with the services I got from Exotic Motors. Brent did a great job of coordinating the painting and installation of my drivers side mirror. I had originally bought one on-line, and it was not the right one. We discovered that after Exotic Motors painted it and was ready to install it.

So, Brent connected me to Shannon at Keystone Automotive, who found me a factory mirror at a discounted rate. This took several weeks, and several phone calls, but Exotic Motors got the new mirror, painted it, and did not charge me any more for it! These guys are honest and will help you get the job done!

Phenomenally professional car repair

Okay...so it wasn't the biggest repair. But you know that feeling when you find your vehicle has been broken into. It isn't the things missing, it isn't even the violation and disgust...it's the hassle of dealing with it. Exotic Motors was so crisp and precise at every step, doing everything possible to minimize the hassle and then...the repairs were flawless and my car spotless. It seems that most businesses don't even try anymore. These folk "sounded" amazing at every interaction. The far more amazing part is that they deliver...right up to the moment you drive away. Thanks.GREAT doing business with you. I will definitely use your services again!

OK so yes they asked me to write a review. No I normally dont bother but they worked hard for this so they completely deserve it.

I have had to use 3 body shops in the past 7 or 8 years. The other times I just was herded through my insurance companies direct program. While that was ok I did have to go back to those shops (all located in Bellevue) and get things adjusted and buffed.

Exotic Motors was definitely NOT just a run of the mill fender mender. This place is a professionally run outfit. From the very start they seemed like they not only wanted my business but cared about my situation. They handled everything for me. They were NOT amy insurance companies choice in fact my insurance company tried very hard to push me to their "preferred" place. I insisted and they quickly backed down. It was new to me but the choice lies in the hands of the vehicle owner NOT the insurance company.

The repairs were perfect in fact better than I remember the car looking when I bought it new!! The car was as clean as a whistle and the whole thing was handled with care and professionalism.

They also run a service place for regular maintenance called The Pit Stop wich I also have used and is equally as good.

I will recommend this place to my family , friends and anyone that will listen. Enough said!

Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

A couple of weeks ago I was rear ended and didn't think twice about using Exotic Motors. I have used them before so I knew what to expect. My insurance company tried to talk me into using another body shop I don't have any experience with and didn't feel comfortable with so I insisted on working with Exotic. I am glad I did. The repair was excellent and you wouldn't even know the car was hit. I hate having to deal with this kind of stuff but Exotic makes it way easier.

Great Work! Pleasure to Work With!

Wow. Great work and great service. I am very pleased with the work Exotic did on our Tahoe. Only 6 months left on our lease, we were debating on whether to buy out the lease or not...and then...the accident. Needless to say, the accident had us leaning away from buying out the car. But, Brent at Exotic walked us through the estimate in detail, and was very straightforward and respectful throughout the process. It was truly a pleasure working with him...and this was all before getting our car back! When we did, we were so pleased with the quality of the work done (and the condition, in which, the car was returned to us) that we practically feel like the car is new again, not 4 years old. It was as if we brought the car in for body work...and not only received the highest quality work, but got detailing thrown in for free! The work was done on time and Brent was easy to work with. Thanks Exotic!

Customer for life!

I am going to write a review because they asked me too spread the word and because they are trying to grow through getting the word out about their service.

I feel like they deserve a bit of my time as I asked for a LOT of theirs and never once was thought of as a pest.

My story? Well you know that new car feeling? I do I still have one even after being in a horrific accident to my new Cadillac!

I only had it for three months when a *&^%ing idiot decided it was more important to talk on her cell phone than watch were she was going and I watched in the mirror as she obliviously rear ended me causing almost 20k's worth of damage to my new baby.

I screamed and yelled but the insurance company would not total my car. Then they tried to send me to "one of their shops" yea right!!! Like I would trust a insurance company to "do the right thing". I called me dealer, they said we use Exotic, I asked a few people who I know are into cars, Exotic again . Finally I looked online and did my homework and I have to say if I hadn't already had had the recommendations I would have been a little skeptical of 50+ 5 star reviews. I went ahead and towed it there.

These guys know there stuff I had questions and was really worried about it just never being the same. Mark there walked me through every thing and from the very start I had peace of mind. I told them I wanted to see it before they put it back together (I know, nightmare customer!) they complied. I told them I wanted to read test it before accepting it and signing off, again no problem infact they were happy about it! they said we dont mind showing off a little!

End of story is I now have been driving the car for a month and I cannot tell the difference in handling, I have washed and waxed it twice and the paint and trim is as it was.

Honestly, these guys fixed a very scary situation for me and DESERVE to do well reap the rewards.

Cons? none just the time frame but thats not something you can control if you want it done right
