Free is good!
Not the best to take a cheap date, but I like. If you're at the bar & get along with the head guy you might get free drinks after, or hell, even free food if they make a mistake in the kitchen!

Good most of the time...
We've been going to Scott's for years and 90% of the time the food and service are good, but we usually only go during happy hour and sit in the bar or outside on the patio.
