We at Kessling Services handle over 100 properties for over 70 owners, many for over 25 years. We enjoy the confidence of these owners and act as their direct representative. We take our responsibility very seriously. We have a cordial, business like relationship with almost all of our tenants. Anyone willing to play by the rules will have no problem with us. Unfortunately some insist on bending and or breaking the rules and then, like children whine and cry , unwilling to accept the consequences of their transgressions. Such is life.

RENTERS BEWARE!! This is a very mean and underhanded company. They are great liars. They have lied about me and then ripped me off for unfounded late fees. I tried to fight it by going to the BBB, but they just lied and cheated and threatened me with eviction. I'm too busy to be doing this review but, hey, you gotta fight back somehow. So, just a word to the wise.... Don't use these nasty, narrowminded people.
