efficient and easy
This Jiffy Lube is efficient, and easy to get to. They are very professional, and do a quick job. The price is extremely reasonable, and the overall service is great. It's convenient to our home, and we have made this the only Jiffy Lube we use now.

All they are about is making money...no concern for me...
I took my van in to be serviced here. At first I was impressed. They were kind, understood that I wanted to remain in the car because my toddlers were sleeping, etc. My husband had asked me to use synthetic oil. So, I told the floor manager this and he kept asking if I wanted Mobil 1 synthetic. I said, I didn't know, just that it needed to be synthetic. Well, I found out when the bill came that this was much more expensive than just any old synthetic oil. The man servicing my car had noticed a small piece of netting caught up in my wheel and said he would cut it loose. While he was helping me his manager yelled at him 4 times to turn the bay he needed to service other cars, my oil change was done and I needed to move on, etc. The tech was just trying to help and his manager was being a jerk right in front of all the customers. This is the closest place for me to get an oil change but I will not return to this location.

Manager runs over employee more than one way
Over the past year, in my dealing with Jiffy Lube, I have witnessed the pathetic dealing of manager vs. employee relationships. I believe Jiffy Lube should force those who go into a management position to take courses on professionalism, with employees and not just customers. I watched last year, as a manager was cussing out his employees and even ran over one of his coworkers. He literally ran the girl's foot over, while cussing at his crew. This should never of happened. Seemed the manager cared even less about the girl than the customers. At yet another Jiffy Lube, I watched and listened, as the manager at this station, followed in the same footsteps. Again, at yet another location, the same thing occured. It would be one thing if the employees were not working very hard, but they were, every single one of the, every time I was there, and yet, the managers in my opinion verbally abuse their coworkers. I doubt very seriously the coworkers could repeat back the same thing witho

Watch your valuables
I went to the one on 183 in cedar Park. One hundred dollars was stolen out of my glove compartment. I realize I should not have had the money in there, but that doesn't give them the right to steal it. The manager, Jason, who was only the manager for one day, as I later found, told me I can't prove it, and refused to offer any service for the alleged theft. Upon contacting corporate, I was given the run around for almost two weeks. I never asked for my cash back, only a equal value in services. Eventually they agreed to a gift card, only after they understood that I was serious about a lawsuit. When these guys refuse to do the right thing with their HORRIBLE business practices, file your claim in justice court, at least their sorry selves will be required to have of their attorneys show up. Best thing to do is avoid these people and all jiffy lube locations. It's too complicated for them to understand if you don't treat your customers right, you lose real money in the long run.
