Everything was very nice. Good experience.Dublin Toyota.....Rudest Staff Ever and Liars
I've was faced with some credit challenges to due having been out of work for almost 2 years. Well I am now working and need to find an economical vehicle as I am spending $30 daily for gas to commute in my Silverado. I still have 9 months left on the lease and need to get out of the lease somehow. The only way is to try and burry the remaining 9 lease payments into a new vehicle. I was assured by a finance manager that it could be done. What he failed to tell me was that he could only do it on one vehicle. I expressed that I am not going to just settle on any vehicle. He passed me off to another finance person who said there was nothing he could do, and that was without even talking to the bank. He said that he already knows what the bank would say. So I was humiliated at how they treated me. On Tuesday I recieved a call from the so called Sales Manager who asked if they satisfied my needs. I told him the story and he said that the way I was treated was unacceptable and that he would take care of it and also work with some banks. He also promised he would call me back at 4. By 5 I decided to call them and no one new anything of the call I received earlier that day. They told me it was not their fault that I have crappy credit and just kept on insulting me. I then hung up. I called back to talk to the Store manager and was told that he was not in and that I could speak to the next person in line. I found myself then talking to the same guy who in the first place said that my situation would be no problem. Now he said that he could have done a deal on only one vehicle and said that he did not want to sell me a car. I am so fed up with dealerships like this so instead of just sitting back and accepting to deal with the way they treated me I am filing a complaint with the BBB, I have already filed a complaint against the dealership with corporate Toyota, sending a complaint to the 3 main Bay Area News Stations, posting this on Youtube and much much more. I hope the dealership reads this. I give credit to this bad experience to the following employees of Dublin Toyota, Ryan (Finance), Javier (Finance), Moe (Sales) and the Finance Manager.Apple Pay
