Not worth the trouble...
They overcharged me, took thier sweet ass time to do the work. When I finally got my bike back, it wasn't long before their handywork FAILED. I had to pull teeth to get my bike fixed under their "warranty" (which might as well be lip...

Very poor customer service
There are several bike shops around Austin. Don't bother waiting your time with Hog Alley. The will just leave you frustrated and feel like you are not appreciated for doing business there. They are over priced and friendly service does...

Time flies...but nothing changes
I've been going to The Alley for parts since they were on the corner of I-35 and FM195.
