From the day he opened his workshop in 1954, James Avery designed jewelry to be expressive and meaningful, to celebrate the things important in life. It's a tradition we continue to this day. Every facet of our stores is planned to feel more like a welcoming home than a jewelry store. You and your family are invited to browse, try on, and explore. Come visit us today.

Beautiful jewelery
I have purchased and worn James Avery jewelery since I was a kid. Back then the dangle charm rings were popular. Over the years I have watched as the selection of jewelery has increased to contain some really intricate, beautiful pieces. All of the jewelery that I've purchased from James Avery over the years has held up well. I'm such a fan that I usually buy at least one piece of James Avery jewelery for someone at Christmas every year.Love and Miss them!
Great jewelry at a great price! I have JA jewelry that is 25+ years old! Still holding up strong! I loved being able to browse the stores! We ordered a charm bracelet for one of my sisters online and had excellent service there as well!Great jewelry, good prices and really nice people
Great jewelry, good prices and really nice peopleNot What it Used to Be
James Avery USED to be a lovely store and experience. They had simple, beautiful handcrafted jewelry, nice ladies who went out of their way to serve you, and a family-business feel. Well not anymore! Now they operate like every other corporate business - impersonal, unfriendly and needlessly by-the-book in everything they do, while still managing to feel old-fashioned (in a bad way). The managers - especially at this location - are horrendous, insincere and unresponsive to customers' needs if they don't fit into the scripted rule book they operate by. I waited in line for 30 minutes while the manager told her life story to one customer, ignoring a line to the door, only to be told with sickly sweet rigidity, that there was "no way" I could get my ring engraved in time for my anniversary, that it was their "policy.†I felt like I was buying jewelry outsourced from another country. It really is a shame. I have been a loyal customer here since I was a kid, but I will not be shopping here anymore.Worldwide > United States > Houston, TX > Jewelry
