Poor Customer Service
Paid for Express Mail on the 17th and not delivered until the 20th of December after promising it would be delivered. Spoke with Frank, the owner, he was extremely rude and tried to tell me the Post Office doesn't deliver Express Mail on Saturdays. Which was not true.
