It is only getting one star because I couldn't give it any negative stars. We scheduled an appointment with Freedom to move my 87-year old grandmother out of her apartment after she had a seizure and could no longer live on her own. The movers did not show up, did not call, and ignored 10 phone calls and a text message. Even after explaining that my grandmother was in the hospital and my 70-year old father was having to do the moving all by himself we received no reply, no explanation, and certainly no apology. FREEDOM MOVERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMATURE, AND DOWNRIGHT RUDE!!!

Absolutely awful. Very charming guy, then takes your money and stops answering calls. Took advantage of the fact that I had to leave and charged my roommate way too much. At first I thought it was an honest mistake...then about 500 ignored phone calls later I realized it definitely was not.

We just moved to San Antonio about 2 weeks ago from Houston, Tx. We hired Freedom Packing & Moving for a full packing and moving service. i must say my wife and I were really impressed with their politeness, professionalism and attention to detail when it came to our 100 year old great grandmothers fine china. Isaac and his team are the movers to go with, we have been in the military for over 15 years and we've been moved a bunch of times. I have to say Freedom Packing & Moving was the best all the way around. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and they too we highly impressed. Keep up the good work guys, best of luck.

I have used this company three different times. Once for personal, and twice for business moves. They are extremely affordable, and yet...they show up on time, they are fast, they took a great deal of care to insure that nothing was damaged. I can't say enough about how much I would recommend them, I posted to everyone I know on Facebook. If you need a great, affordable mover these are your guys!!

this is not a good company to use didn't complete work and played around a lot and never finished putting things together. i just got over having a stroke and can't do much myself. tried calling them back numerous times got through once and owner hung up on me. had other people moving and tried referring them but never called them back either so glad they didn't hope no one ever use them again. and they go out of business. they don't care about their cleint or any condition you are in. owner is a flake issac flores. john
