I've purchased three sets of tires from them and I've had no issues with bad tires or bad service. The prices are good and if you ask questions up front, you won't feel like you were deceived later....

Bad Tires too many times
I bought some Cooper Discover LT285/75R16 ST in December of 2006. On December of 2007 I was getting ready do go do my Disney Vacation , I went to another Tire company to get my tires rotated not knowing what they were going to tell me.. I was disappointed to know that the thread on all four of my tires was coming apart. I spent about $ 800.00 on these tires from Espino Tires. I could not believe from just one year what shape they were in. I went back to Espino Tire in December 2007 and showed him the thread coming apart he said will they might of be defective. Well I still had to pay for the wear and tear which cost me another 450.00 for all four of my tires. Now once again I am getting ready to go on my Disny trip for 2008 and I have 2007 tires on my vehicle , I went to a tire company again to get my tires rotated to come to find out my tires have major cracks by the rim. Ok this is one to many times with Espino Tires, I did call him he Mr. Ray stated that he would have to look at him and measure the tread used on my tires.. My tires have great tread on them.. Many other tire company have said this and told me that they can not believe they have cracks on them.. I refuse to go back again to this company who sold me not once but twice BAD TIRES.. Fool me once shame on you , Fool me twice shame on me.. You are by far the greediest person I have ever met.. I have bought my tires from another better company who assures me in writing that they will take care of my customer needs. I hope everyone reads this and seriously thinks twice about purchasing there tires from them.. They have no sympathy and just want to charge you more money every time.

BAD BUSINESS & TOO EXPENSIVE
I HAVE PURCHASED 2 SETS OF RIMS & 3 SETS OF TIRES WITHIN 7 YEARS FROM ESPINO & I NOTICED THAT MY TIRES WEAR OUT VERY FAST & HAVE TO GET REPLACED WITHIN 1 TO 2 YEARS. LAST WEEK I NOTICED THAT THERE IS A BIG CHUNK MISSING ON THE OUTER PART OF TIRE & I WENT BACK SO THEY CAN REPLACE & THEY SAID IT WAS NOT A DEFECT & I PROBABLY BUMPED TIRE SO THRE FOR I WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. THAT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. THEY NEVER WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIER MERCHANDISE & ALWAYS WANT TO MAKE YOU PAY REGULAR PRICE FOR ANOTHER ONE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ESPINOS AGAIN. THEY OVERPRICE THE MERCHANDISE. I WENT TO ANOTHER TIRE DEALER DOWN THE STREET FROM THEM & I PURCHASED THE SAME ITEM (305/ 35/ R-24) FOR 250.00 & ESPINOS CHARGES 350.00 + TO INSTALL ANOTHER 30.00. BIG DIFFERENCE. THEY ARE SO GREEDY & THEY TAKE SOOOO LONG I GUESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST TO FIX A TIRE THEY TOOK ABOUT THREE HOURS & I SWEAR ON THAT. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS. WARNING PRICE OUT @ DIFFERENT WHEEL SHOPS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE & REMEMBER ESPINO WILL NEVER REPAIR, FIX, OR REPLACE ANYTHING EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FAULT OR THEIR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.

Pushy pushy
I am not from SA and just happened to buy from this shop out of convinence. They were quite pushy , I understand that they are there to sell, but don't act like you don't give a @&$! about if I buy or not. I asked the person if I would be out of here by 12 pm and he assured me yes. It was 9am and I didn't leave till almost 3 pm!!! It was horriable. I wish I would have read the reviews on this shop before I bought from them!!!

Don't Go to Espino Tire...You will regret it!
I paid full price $928 (no discount) for a set of tires. I asked how long will it take because i had to go to work. They said "about an hour". Well... after an hour they did not even have my car in the bay. Then I questioned him and he said my car is next. They moved my car in within 15 minutes and it sat in the bay for 4 more hours just to change 4 tires. They put your car on a lift and they know you can not do anything about it. This is unethical business practices. I waited 5 1/2 hours to change 4 tires on a Friday afternoon/evening. They finally finished at 7:30pm. These people have no problem with outright lying to you.

come on people stop being haters!!..and whats with the short mexican thing man lol..im a short mexican too..you and your racist comments..i have bought several tires and 3 sets of wheels never had a problem..the prices are great and the service did take a little long..but hey you cant blame them, they are always packed, cause of there great prices......AND GUESS WHAT I JUST GOT ANOTHER GREAT DEAL oN SOME 22'S...and to the people that read this come on..sometimes its the competition that writes hater re marks..

Never go there!!!
I took a tire there to have a leak repaired. They kept it over 2 hours to "inspect" it. When I returned, they told me there was a nail in the tread near the sidewall that couldn't be seen from the outside. They also marked the tire where they said the nail was and told me it was too close to the sidewall to repair the hole. They then proceeded to explain to me I needed to buy a new replacement tire and quoted me the highest price of any place I called to price them in town.

Espino's Suxs
I wouldn't even rate this business a 1 star, I'd give it no stars if that was an option. This place provides the worst customer service, they have rude individuals working for them that lack people, patience and etiquette skills. They dont like to bother with you when you have questions so they rather say YES to every question just to blow you off. They are extremly misleading with prices,taxes, installation etc. They like to hang up on customers when you call. They don't return calls, I assume they have caller id because then they wont answer your calls. They are just plain flat out rude!!! I'm glad my deal did not work out with them, I rather take my business elsewhere and believe me I will not recommend them to anyone interested in tires and rims.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD, WATCH OUT!!!
One day after purchasing rims/tires there, my debit card was being depleted in stores in Houston! This was the only place I used my card in weeks, so it had to be them! Don't go there. Staff is rude, wait time sucks (although they tell you that the job will only take an hour, six hours later, you are still waiting), and finally they duplicate my card. Don't go there!

THE WORST TIRE SHOP IN SAN ANTONIO/ THEY SUCK A**!!!!!
I JUST RECENTLY WENT TO ESPINO TIRES...I SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING!!THEY HAVE VERY RUDE WORKERS.. THEY TELL YOU OH IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 45 MINUTES.. THAT'S BULL , I GOT THERE BEFORE 11AM ORDER MY TIRES AND DID NOT RECEIVE MY TRUCK BACK UNTIL 3PM,THEY HAVE PLENTY OF WORKERS THERE BUT THE PROBLEM IS THEY DONT WORK AND WHEN THEY DO WORK THEY TAKE THERE SWEET TIME AND MESS UP THE JOB!THEY ARE THE WORST TIRE SHOP... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NO ONE TO THEM BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES THEM LOOK BAD.. THEY R SO DAM SLOW AND PLAY AROUND INSTEAD OF WORK.. THAT SAME DAY I SEEN TWO UPSET CUSTOMERS THAT WERE PISSED OFF ABOUT THE JOB THOSE DAM WORKERS DO..... ESPINO TIRES SUCK! THEY ARE NOT GOOD TO GO TOO.. YOU WANT CHEAP PRICES YOU HAVE TO DEAL WIT THEIR CHEAP SERVICE!
