Erik's Caters Local Lunches for a reasonable price.
We often have Erik's Deli cater in lunch for our office. This Erik's is located off of Cottle Road near the IBM plant. We keep a menu handy for all of the sandwiches and salads that Erik's provides. Typically we will call 1-2 days before a big meeting and ask the staff to give us a variety of 12 sandwiches. We usually get multiples of the Pilgrim's Promise, which is a basic turkey and avocado sandwich. Other times we ask for the chicken pesto sandwiches that are served warm. The staff is good about throwing in our bags of chips, napkins and forks. Pickup is easy, you can either pay ahead o time with a credit card or put down cash when picking your order up. Prices range from $3-6 per sandwich or you can order combos that include drinks.

Great Sandwiches and Soup
I've been a regular here since I moved back to San Jose. The REO Speedwagon is a winner, as is the veggie soup. This place is a chain, but you wouldn't guess it from the staff.
