Don't Buy Microfiber crap coming out of China!
In February I went into Pruitt's Furniture Store on Thomas Rd. in Phoenix. I was looking for a comfortable sofa/love seat for my back problems. I was excited to find one near the back of the store and it just happened to be the cheapest...

Never Again
Pruitt's has a fantastic selection and great prices...that I will give them. However, once you pay them - they are not concerned AT ALL about their customers. Their bottom line is the dollar, not keeping happy or repeat customers.

The Good and the Ugly
I like the furniture from Pruitt's the people are somewhat rude, ofcourse depends who is your representative. I believe the furniture is good quality for good price. My family and I have been going to Pruitt's since I was little.

Expensive Lesson Learned
Customer Service does not exist after they have your money in hand ! We have spent 8 grand so far filling our new home with furniture, we still have 3 rooms to go, but NOT WITH PRUITT"S !! Our 2 month old king size bed has 2 holes in it...

piss poor customer service
