What a pathetic experience. I called them and we agreed on a time Saturday morning. They said they'd give me a courtesy call to confirm the day before (which i'm still waiting on, by the way). Anyway, they showed up 30 minutes late and because I wasn't expecting them I was still in bed. I greeted them and asked for a few minutes to put away some valuables, get dressed, etc. I was gone maybe five minutes but when I came back to the door they had left! No note, knock on the door saying they'd be back or nothing...they simply left. Needless to say I threw their card in the trash because that was the type of service (if you want to call it that) that I received..."trashy". I have no idea how they stay in business, simply terrible. They call themselves "U Needa Maid Service", but what they really need is some professional etiquette...wow. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone1
