Strawberry Appliance sold me an inferior, off-brand and ill-fitting replacement part for my washing machine, which wore out in just a few months' time. The owner told me that nothing was wrong with his inferior part but rather with my machine, and to paraphrase, I was out of luck. I know that this is not true, because I've previously purchased this same part from another local retailer, and it didn't wear out for years. I won't ever do business with Strawberry Appliance again.

i saw their advertisement on tv. since it owner operated i thought i would give them a try. what a mistake. they were nice enough but tried to sell me something i did not want that cost a lot more than what i wanted. their attitude was pretty much we know better than you so i went elsewhere to buy my washing machine. i thought they were high priced anyway
