My "high end" tent on my car started cracking and peeling after a few years. I took it up their for a warranty fix and their customer service is impossible. I got the run around for a month. I called in and they would leave me on hold until I hung up. It has been 1 month with no call back and they are avoiding doing the warranty work. Customer Service is not helpful or very friendly, they claim to be to busy to help anyone. Very Poor work and service. I do not recommend this company, they do not stand behind their word when you purchase the product.

i will put it this way...it was a federal holiday & they were open, the price (including the lifetime warranty) was less than any other car i got tinted, I was in & out in 45 min! talk about service...i will never use another tint shop.American Express
