Poor management
Have tried several times to do business at this michael's in rivergate. Disappointed everytime I walk in there. Messy store. Poor management. Very unhelpful! Tried to get a mat for our picture frame and could barely get the lady behind...

AWFUL Cust Svc - EVERY TIME!!
