Have called on them twice for two different jobs in the past month. Straight up on pricing, accomodating to schedule, quick in emergency (one job was a hot water heater), and always polite and professional.

Don't Call This Plumbing Company!
I will never use this plumber again. Very nice when you first call. Was over an hour late. Came out and said the part I needed cost $74 and would take 1/2 hour to put in. I said OK. He went to get the part and imagine my surprise when he charged an additional $150 to do that. When I called to complain, the girl who had scheduled it said he was on my dime. Didn't even get the chance to ask why the part took two hours to get as she wouldn't listen and actually hung up on me! Never again!!!

Would not recommend
When I called to have someone help me with a plumbing issue, I was told their rate was $75 an hour. I was NOT told that my "time" starts as soon as the plumber leaves their last job and begins traveling to my home. Since it took the plumber 30 minutes to arrive at my home, I only had 30 minutes of actual work time left before I was going to have to pay for a 2nd hour.American Express
