My stepmom and I stopped in about 2:20 the Saturday after Thanksgiving because I had a necklace that I needed the clasp repaired on. They were supposed to close at 2, but let us come in anyway. We showed them what the problem was, and in about 5 minutes they had it fixed for me. They were very friendly and didn't charge us an arm and a leg to have it done.
