I have had many vets for my dog, he has been very ill since birth. I was taking him to one vet, who preped him for a surgery that he didn't need. I was then charged for the preping. When i went to Altmeyer, the doctor knew right away what was wrong with his eye. I feel that a good vet would have known. I have from this point not gone anywhere else with him. They are also much cheaper than most vets. I had x-rays done on my boy once, they charged one fee for all 3 x-rays, the fee is flat, no matter how many, and i amazed at how cheap they were. I have since moved, and i now drive over an hour to take my dog to the vet. He is very important to me, and they at altmeyer gained my trust.
