Kwiatkowski not upfront or fair!!!
Called Kwiatkowski Plumbing to fix a leaky toilet awhile back. The plumber that showed up seemed nice and knowledgeable. I found out after the fact, that for the price I paid to fix the existing toilet, I could have had it replaced new! If they were upfront and honest they should have given quotes for both jobs!!
