Great service
I recently bought a car there I couldn't be happier with the service I have recieved. I can't begin to explain how happy I was. I wasn't looked at like a comission - but rather as an individual with financial needs and a car buyer.

ZERO STARS = TOO MANY FOR THIS DEALER
I am shocked that the other review on this site states that they did not feel like a commission when dealt with by the staff of this dealership. It was the exact opposite for me. As soon as I questioned the trade-in and interest rates, the sales manager, Lou, became hostile. He also stopped dealing with the situation when his lunch arrived. (sounds unbelievable, but true) He also described his comments to me as smart-ass. I had to agree. I feel sorry for the sales people who do all the initial work (test drives, etc.), but have no say once this arrogant man becomes involved in the process. My advice: buy Toyota.Worldwide > United States > Pittsburgh > Auto Dealers
