Acqua Blu is too cool
I was looking for a spa that would help me look and feel young again. Acqua Blu exceeded my expectations. The staff really cared to meet my every need. My esthetician did an amazing job on my skin. They had a wonderful microdermabrasion treatment that was remarkable. Every detail was perfectly customized just for me. This spa is definitely worth a visit. I have been to many other spas, but none have met my anti-aging needs and made me feel pampered at the same time. The retail boutique is unbelievable. They sell products that I have seen at spas in California and Arizona. I never would have thought a spa like this would exist in my neighborhood.

Botox in a safe medical spa
I researched BOTOX services thoroughly before making the call to Acqua Blu Medical Spa. I was happy to actually find that the procedure was performed by a board certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Brian Heil was very knowledgable, answering all of my questions and concerns which lead me to believe that I was making the right decision to move forward. I scheduled the procedure and am extremely happy with the results. I was afraid that my face would not appear to look natural but I was wrong. The results are great!!"

Great Medical Spa
A truly amazing place. I went in for a consultation on laser hair removal and Botox. What I recieved was full information regarding the procedures, photographs, and then some. With the integrative approach, the practioners (plastic surgeon and professionals) there informed me about all the possibilities to maximize my result. The actual procedure of the laser hair removal was done by a Physician Assistant , that I swear, was the best in the city. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this medical spa. I love the Botox treatment, my face looks very natural and refreshed. They also had several e-savors so that it was more affordable. This was a bonus.

I recently went in to see Paulette for my regular waxing and facial appointment. ....she's is awesome. Paulette's attention to detail and expertise is unmatched in Pittsburgh. She never double dips the wax stick, very thorough and clean as she performs her magic. The facial leaves my skin smooth and clear. I like the neck and shoulder massage, steam and the fragrance journey; a definite stress relaxer. The care and knowledge that Paulette possesses as she does her services set her apart from everyone else. A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
This is one of the most relaxing, welcoming spas I've ever been to. The clean white and silver atmosphere is very warm and cozy. The water features throught the spa are absolutely beautiful, expecially in the relaxation room. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Everyone smiles. There's no better way to relax after a long day than with a facial massage and steam . The pumpkin enzyme peel smelled like a pumpkin pie, best of all my face was glowing and soft to touch. I am looking forward to my facial before Christmas, chocolate and peppermint, what is next? I am buying some gift certificates and I ll keep the savings for me. Thank you for a wonderful time. Contempory meets a relaxing atmosphere
This spa is so clean and sheek, the decor is looks like I am in a Californian spa. I love that it?s got a contemporary feel. This wonderful place is not only luxurious and relaxing, but the staff are gracious and professional. I have loved all the treatments I've gotten here, laser hair removal, photorejeuvenation, spider vein removal, botox and restylane. The physician assistant Bonnie and the aesthetician Paulette are both wonderful and have a lot of expertise. I think I'm hooked!"

You will love it!
I give AcquaBlu, Dr. Heil and his entire staff two thumbs up! I am only 37 years old and I was feeling old, I am too young for a facelift and was sick of getting a facial every month. I was introduced to the Laser Genesis and it is the best thing I have done for myself! It literally took years off my skin. I want to tell woman out there... if you're looking for something to make you look younger with healthier skin that actually lasts, the Laser Genesis is your answer!

Awesome Facials
I completely agree with the commentary above!! I have never rated anything on citysearch, but these facial truly deserve a recommendation. I have sensitive and somewhat problematic skin, therefore I get facial frequently. I have tried a lot of different places in my out of town travels. Unfortunately, decorations and atmosphere is the only thing that most of these places are good for. The ?benefits? of all these facials only last a few days at best. Acqua Blu spa is not pretentious; its appearance is clean, sophisticated and very beautiful. It prides itself on the amazing results and service. NOTHING has ever helped the feel of my skin as much as the Pearl Facial Treatment. Paulette who does my facials is knowledgeable and highly talented.

Great medical spa, awesome Doctor
I have been to several, what are called "medical spa's" over the past year or so. This is the first one that truly lives up to that name. I originally met the staff at the Pink Pamper event and I was so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. They have this integrative component that provides many services. I have been to their esthetician Paulette. She has helped me with my skin in many ways. On Saturday, I met with Doctor Heil and I was treated with Restylane in my facial folds. I was concerned about the pain I was going to endure, but the combination of the numbing cream and his skills made me extremely comfortable and relaxed. I am so pleased with my result. . As for the price, its worth every penny!!! Im surprised they don't even charge more to have the Doctor do the treatment. Overall a very pleasent, professional experience. Thank you again to all !!!!!

Excellent Restylane treatments
I absolutely LOVE coming to Premier and Acqua Blu and I would speak highly to anyone who comments on how good my results are. Doctor Heil has been doing my Restylane for two years. I would recommend this treatment to anyone looking to erase the wrinkles on their face. He is a perfectionist!

Acqua Blu is not your cookie cutter spa. Services are customized to the shape of your face, skin type and tone. The atmosphere is contemporary, serene, and relaxing. The staff are so professional and very personable. They are really great about answering questions you have about what works best for your skin. Their medical approach leaves your skin feeling beautiful both inside and out. I make a point to drive out from downtown to see Bonnie for my Botox treatments, the service and results are the best, bar none. . Highly recommended! I am planning on starting my Laser Genesis treatments next week.
