Welcome to Fritz Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine we are a privately owned and operated outpatient rehabilitation facility located in Collier Township (Collier Town Square - by Damon's and Starbucks!), proudly serving the South Fayette, Carnegie, Bridgeville, Scott, Collier and surrounding communities since 2005.

At Fritz Physical Therapy we have over 2,600 sq ft of rehabilitation space. This allows us to offer our patients the privacy and professionalism they require to get the results they desire whether that is returning to work or athletics.

At Fritz Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine our physical therapists are uniquely suited to treat patients with a variety of ailments ranging from low back pain to gait problems following a stroke or brain injury. You work 1-on-1 with your therapist at each session to reach your rehab goals. Ordinarily, your physician will write you a prescription for physical therapy. However, our physical therapists have special certification through the State of Pennsylvania to evaluate and treat patients without a physician prescription.

We believe that leading a healthy lifestyle through exercise and proper nutrition is very important, and we offer all the tools necessary to do so. Our individual/partner personal training are a great way to to stay in shape. We also offer SilverSneakers fitness classes for older adults.

Our Highmark Wellness classes promote healthy living by providing participants with the knowledge they need to make better life decisions. Class topics include; healthy eating, weight loss, stress management and osteoperosis.
