Convient store for all painting needs
Kelly Moore Paints on Divisadero is the primary paint supply store for the Haight, Panhandle, and Western Addition neighborhoods. It is very centrally located, and although it is a very small store, it's got pretty much everything you need. They have paint supplies and they also do color mixing. One drawback is that they weren't helpful doing color matching for me. I brought in a swatch that I wanted paint matched, but they said they couldn't help me. I had to pick a Kelly Moore swatch that most closely resembled the color. It turned out okay, but it wasn't the exact color I was looking for.

Pro Painters Place
Kelly Moore is a good paint store if you already know all about painting. They have a no-nonsense attitude about getting you in and out. The prices are good and the help is fine, but don't go here if you want to spend a long time talking about color choices.
