Great Beds
This place offers you a nice escape from the city. Though right next to the J and across from a high school, you'd never know those were there. They have a lovely pateo and the breakfast was great.

Another highlight to staying at the Parker Guest House is interacting with the owners -- Bill and Bob. They are not only hospitable, but also very knowledgeable on where to go and what to do while in SF!
