Simply The Best in Portland!!!
Fair and honest and never trying to up-sell or make unnecessary repairs. Over the last 20 years I've thrown them a lot of curve-balls with a variety of vehicle types and it was rare that they couldn't find the problem. They always take the time to clearly explain what the problem is and what the remedies are. You'll find their encyclopedic knowledge of all things motoring truly astounding.

Honest, Fair, and Dependable
I have had my cars seen many times here. They have always been friendly and honest about the cost of repairs, informing me of all of my choices. I've had them evaluate a used car and their remarks were always right on. I love that I can trust what they say and never be overcharged or told to have work done that I don't need. Furthermore, I've discovered that they are very charitable to local organizations, which makes me feel even better about my patronage.

Great service
I live in Battle Ground, and Expert in Portland is the only place I take my vehicles. Over the past several years, they have worked on my 1969 GMC pickup and my 1993 Minnie Wiine motor home, (Oh, they also helped me with a small problem on my 1994 GMC--for no charge). Everyone there is friendly, and they are eager to work on anything. They have always stood by their work, and have been fair with their charges. They also stand by their estimates.

Great people, reliable work.
Owning a car is so much easier with a mechanic you can trust. I've been bringing my cars to Expert Auto since they opened, and the service is consistently excellent. I've always had the feeling that they want my car to stay on the road for a long time, and want me to get the work that does need to be done with them, so they've always been honest and helpful. Not posh like some shops, but then, their customers aren't paying for the posh with their repair prices. Great people, reliable work.

Mike, Steve and the rest of the crew are the only shop i will let work on my Honda Accord. It is my only transportation and very important to me.
