definitely crazy
I have been to this restaurant a few times in the past but one incident has stopped me from going there. First, let me give you my opinions about the restaurant. The food is ok, sometimes they can use too much grease and oil and salt. Food takes a long time to come out. It has taken up to an hour on some occasions. The customer service is below poor!! They don't understand the concept of customer service. Every single time! One time, I went to eat with my family from out of town there. There were 8 people, but they only brought out four waters and napkins. We had to repeatedly ask them for enough, but it took at least 30 mins for them to bring it out! after you have eaten all the food They will basically ignore you if you ask for something. Also, that day we decided to only tip them 10% since their service sucked. We walked out and then someone yells at us from behind. One of the workers ran out after us and wanted more tip money!! Psychos!! That was the last straw. I haven't been there since. Oh yeah, this other time I went with my boyfriend and asked for boxes for our leftovers. They took our food and boxed it for us, which was nice. But our soup that we ordered was a large and we only had eaten one bowl each of that soup so there was a lot of it left. When they brought the leftovers after boxing it for us, we looked at the soup and seriously they dumped most of it out so it would fit into this little tiny container!!Worldwide > United States > Portland, OR > Restaurants
