Agent gives lousy customer service
We had used Mark Fugett for years, and I had never been crazy about how they treated us. I had to call two and three times before I would ever receive our new insurance cards, and that was typical of them -- they always needed reminding...Worldwide > United States > Tulsa, OK > Insurance
