Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center is a 343-bed hospital with the largest array of health care services in San Diego's South Bay. Home to the region's most comprehensive heart program, it also has the area's only certified community hospital cancer program. The Bloodless Medicine and Surgery Center at Sharp Chula Vista is the only one of its kind in San Diego County and is open to patients who wish to avoid the use of blood transfusions during surgery.
