when i needed to leave early in the am

Four Two, this is stu, where are you?
Finally, a taxi company that knows where they are going. I am tired of calling cab companies, that have no idea where to go, and look for me to help. Whenever I call, and no matter where I am in Queens, these guys show up in minutes. All of their drives are extremely friendly, and curteous. btw, their prices are great, and are much cheaper than a yellow cab.

Criminals Incorporated
I left my cell phone in one of their greasy shady cabs and they stole it. Not only that, they yelled at me and hung up on me repeatedly when I called and inquired after the whereabouts of my telephone. They were insulting, unhelpful and straight up rude. Not to mention, dishonest.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Incredibly rude!
I never made it into one of their cabs because the telephone operator was so extremely obnoxious to me when I called!! I do not see how they can be so disrespectful to their customers and still stay in business. I have never experienced anything like this with a cab company before. I would definitely not recommend using them unless you want to be reprimanded on the phone like you are a two year old!!

JUST THE BEST
No one can compare to Four Two's. They never leave you stranded. The drivers have always helped me and have been polite. They always take my reservations even if it is a local call. Now I will only use Four Two's !

Adequate service in Queens, not great, not horrendous.
Pros = Four Two's gets you where you are going for a reasonable price, so they get the basics done.

I am truly disappointed. I used to rely on four twos until now, and would refer all friends to use them as well. The reason of disappointment is that I had called for a cab for 3 of my girlfriends and was hung up on. Not once but 8 times because I called from the train. As usual we would call a stop ahead so that a bunch of females would not need to wait in the cold/area. When calling to complain they did not seem to care about a loyal customer who was not satisfied. NEVER AGAIN I would use Four Twos I would rather call Kellys cab that is in the same area and I will mention this experience to all of those who use them.

Terrible
I used to use them all the time. However I recently had an incident where their driver was physically abusive. If you are a female by yourself be extremely careful.
