Overpriced for a crappy apartment like Albert's college. You can find cheaper apartment away from school. Even if you drive to school you still save money. They don't return the deposit and constantly write rude letters asking if you will...

For the same Apt, each tenant gets charge a different amt
I am so glad that I moved out long ago. I was unhappy that while I paid $1080, while my neighbor paid about $951. Bottom line, when opportunity comes they want to take advantage of students. Now for the same rate, I still close to the...Worldwide > United States > San Diego > Apartments
