Community Physical Therapy was founded in 1981 based out of a humble 450 square foot office in Middle Village Queens. Founded with the mission of helping people overcome pain and disability through clinical expertise and personal attention CPT has flourished, expanding its services to locations in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Consistent with our philosophy of “lifelong learning” all of our therapists regularly attend continuing education seminars to ensure that you receive the most effective treatment possible.
