No Call - No Show
I have ordered sod from Ewing twice. The first time was years ago and they didn't show up. When I called, I found out they forgotto put my order in the system. No apology. So here we are years later and I decided to give them another shot because they still have the lowest price on sod. Delivery was scheduled for 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning... guess who didn't show up and I had people waiting to install! After we called them, we finally got our delivery around 10:00 Wednesday.
