I can definitely fathom how they could mess some things up there. The customer service isn't what i would consider "good". But I go there about once a month to mail a few things via overnight mail and I've never had a problem yet.

Not only will the charge you to tape a shipping label onto your package (what happened to those self-adhesive label pouches?), but the fat guy who runs the place is a total d*ck about it. Nothing but attitude in this place.
