In response to Henry kornahrens dated 3/30/13. I am pretty sure the police had to be called on you to stop the harassing calls. We are sorry that after business hours we do not know where all 100 cars were towed to during regular business hours. Like most Towing Companies Elite is available 24 hours a day for emergency towing. There isn't somebody in the office 24 hours a day.

Can't believe a company could be this bad and still be open. My wife was rear ended at a stop light and cops called this company @ 430. At 635 we left the hospital and called to find out where the car was taken seeing that is the Saturday before Easter and all the stuff for our kids Easter baskets were in the back and they said the day shift towed the car and they have no way to know or even find out where it is. The lady was nasty and ended up hanging up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. The third time I called back a man answered and threatened to call the cops on me. Are you kidding me. Is there no customer service any more?

Awful and over priced
My car broke down on the road, and I didn't have my triple A info with me. I called the local cops, who came over and called this company. When I asked if they could tow it to my local repair shop (about 6 mi away), they said "we could...Worldwide > United States > Ronkonkoma > Towing
