Kingsway Boxing Gym is a World Renowned, Full Service Boxing Gym & Fitness Facility offering all types of boxing including women boxing and self defense classes in NY.

We provide high quality training for all of your Professional and Amateur boxing needs. We have a full array of nautili’s training equipment; treadmills, Stairmasters for a great cardio vascular workout, and a wide selection of heavy bags, speed bags, and double-end bags that will enhance your training and help you achieve all of your boxing goals. You can work individually, one on one with a Private Trainer or in the group of your choice. Women are also welcomed. We have trainers well prepared and qualified for self defense women classes in NY as well as 1 on 1 women cardio workout and women boxing classes on promises. We are also called and awarded a "A Women Boxing Gym of New York" three years in the row, 2010, 2011 and 2012 by NY Times and Fortune Magazine.
Our gym is fully air-conditioned all year around and our locker rooms include men and women bathrooms and showers so your satisfaction in the use of the gym is guaranteed.
Our facility is often visited by known middle and heavy weight professional boxing champions from around the world.

Membership Rates:
Private Training $280 a month , Group Training $155 a month. Get a 20% Discount when you sign up for 3, 6 or 12 months.
Women Boxing Specials: Get 3 Women Boxing Lessons for the price of one ( $60 value )
Women Boxing Hours: Thursdays 4pm - 6pm and Saturdays 12pm - 2pm.

We also carry Everlast training equipment. Just ask us for for belts, Everlast boxing gloves or anything else you may need. We sell and rent the training equipment here in the gym.
