Life In Motion Yoga Center has been serving the Upper West Side community since 1997.

The atmosphere of the studio is one of simplicity, allowing the students to practice the art of yoga in a peaceful, pressure-free environment with lots of natural sunlight. We offer 120 classes per week including Vinyasa Open classes, Hatha Basic, Prenatal, Mommy & Me, Private Sessions, as well as a variety of workshops to help students deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.

In addition we have a fully equipped gym with weights and cardio room and excellent personal training options. Other classes offered include Pilates, Zumba, Boot Camp, Body Sculpting, Conditioning, Spinning/Cycling and much more! Our teaching staff have years of experience, and are some of the most sought after instructors in NYC.

With our boutique location and holistic approach to fitness we have inspired members for over 15 years.
