Great cut, color and service always

I go to Zara at this salon and I've always had great results from her. She always works her magic on my hair with wonderful results. I got so many compliments afterwards. Highly recommend the salon, the staff and most especially Zara!!

Absolutely the worst service and haircut by JANICE

Absolutely the WORST service and haircut I've ever gotten. JANICE did my haircut and I ended up going home with one side framing my face 2" shorter than the other. She was too busy taking care of her friend and chatting to even talk to me about what I wanted. I heard her laughing when someone came to tell her that the color she did on a client -while working on my hair- came out way too light blond. She was rushing so much to get through this haircut that she kept scraping my ear with her comb...I was appalled that this is the service I received after waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time. Such incompetence and carelessness - I wish I could show a photo of my haircut to the owners!! Do not waste your money and time. There are many other better salons around.

Best stylists, great service and amazing experience

I have read the reviews and i wonder why they made such comments. I had a great experience with all of the staff here. The stylist are well trained and i love the service. Maybe some of these people did not meet there expectations.Well there is always a wacko customers once in a while . But i totally recommend Janice and some stylist . She is been doing my haircut and color - highlights for the past 5 yrs and i love her so much! She is one of the best! More power to the salon!

AVOID JANICE

Avoid Janice. She is a bad hair dresser with an even worse attitude. Last year, she cut my hair ONE INCH shorter on the right side than the left and my bangs were cut so unevenly that I had to have them fixed at another salon in Forest Hills. When I asked her about styling, she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me.

This salon is now called DEMI SALON. They have the same employees, so it's essentially the same exact place. Never again.

People are crazy!!!!!!!!!!

I really don't understand these negative comments about Janice. She been doing my hair for 4 years and its perfect everytime! Granted it is does seem like shes in a rush sometimes but thats only because she is in such high demand being a MASTER stylist! The salon is beautiful and the staff is soo friendly and professional. I will always see Janice as long as she keeps doing my hair the way I love and will recommend all my friends to visit the salon.

JANICE is the Best Stylist Ever!

I have been with Hue Salon for long time and now its Demi salon. Trishia ( owner) was the one doing my hair for color and haircut. Before Trishia left she recommend Janice for me. And I am very grateful l to Trishia because Janice did a great job all the time. She does great highlights and she cuts hair amazingly beautiful. No matter what comments i read i would always go back to janice . Despite the fact she's always busy as master stylist she will always delivers her work with excellence and class. Keep up the good work! I would definitely recommend JANICE!

This client/poster is justified in her review on the service she recieved at Demi salon, yet FAILED to also add winthin her scathing review, of the PROMPT response from owners as well as management, expressing our sincerest apologizes and regrets that we failed to stand by our standard of quality service.

This client was not only encouraged to return to the salon to fix the hair cut by the owner her self, but also RECEIVED A FULL REFUND in addition to the hair cut.

We are a business run by human beings and I believe that we should NOT only be judged by our mistakes but also on our REACTIONS to such mistakes.

Demi Salon & Co. is now run under NEW managment, new stylists, improving everyday. We are dedicated to making all our clients happy, if not with the first service then surely the next one! Ensuring the end result is to there over all satisfaction!
