Lifethyme Natural Market opened in December 1995 and has become one of the best health food markets in New York City. Open 364 days a year, our objective is to provide customers with the most complete selection of products and services while not compromising quality. Lifethyme's produce department features fresh fruits and vegetables. Directed by Hiram Perez, our goal is to support Tri-State area farmers while bringing in unique, select produce from around the world. Our deli-and-bakery case is one of the best in New York City. Master chef Jan Kozak and her team are pioneers of raw, vegan, and live food, in addition to creators of a robust menu featuring organic, vegetarian, and gourmet dishes. On the frontier of the culinary arts, our food is prepared with inspiration and enthusiasm using fresh produce daily. Lifethyme's wellness and nutritional supplements department is managed by Joe Carluccio and assisted by James O'Connell. The department, with Dr. David Miller as the on-site nutritionist, features a broad spectrum of vitamins, herbs, homeopathic, and protein formulas.
