I have never experience such horrible customer service for a car service before. The word Quality need be remove from this car service name. The driver unaware of the correct fare, didn't follow normal business practice he was to busy try to coerce his friends into putting money on the Miami Vs OKC game. And when I reach out to quality car service they told me one thing then the suppose boss told me something totally different and said I must come in to get my change. When its their driver who took my money and drove off even after I told him I never paid $15 for the same trip so he's wrong.
