Our work in Taekwondo and Kickboxing spans decades and we have developed a highly professional and skilled team of instructors along the way. We are all certified trainers and hold at minimum a 4th degree black belt.

Although we may sound intimidating, we are known for our work with children. Our Tiny Tigers program is dedicated children ages 3 through 6 years old. We designed this program especially with them in mind; It's fun, educational and motivational. They get trained in traditional techniques while improving their memory, coordination, self control, and social skills. What more could you want in an after school program for your child?

We have classes for the adults as well.
