They don't deserve 1 star. These guys are horrible, the whole company is bad. From the person answer the call (Eugene), bad attitude. Service manager (Igor), incompetence. Repairman (Victor) is a douchbag. I had appointment twice with them. First time Victor came, he tested and found nothing wrong. He didn't even bother to wait for the end of the cycle to find out what's going wrong with my washer. Second appointment, my wife took a day off to stay home just for this. Victor waited a few minutes outside my house and complaint to Igor. This douchbag has worst attitude ever, first thing came out from his pie hole is very busy and has no time for this. My wife was piss and had dropped the F bomb but she apologize immediately. This douchbag didn't do anything and left. Don't ever use their service.
