Call ahead = does absolutely nothing
We did the "call ahead seating".. called at 7pm for 7 people and a baby. We were told the table would be ready at 7:45. We showed up at 7:40 and waited. 8pm rolls around and they tell us that the people at our table have already paid and...American Express
