Knows what he is doing.
I found Goldberg after searching online for bankruptcy information. He has writing several high-quality articles on his blog. I figured that he would be the best choice since he seems to know what he is talking about. I went to his office and had a free consultation and my assumptions proved to be correct, he, and his staff are very knowledgeable. I haven't been to court quite yet, but I feel very confident that I will not be disappointed by him.No Bull
Randolph has a "no bull†way of doing business, which is what you want when you are going through a bankruptcy. Personally, I don't want someone to beat around the bush with my future. He got right to the point during our first meeting and in the courtroom. I'm glad I went with him, I have 0 regrets.Very knowledgeable
Mr. Goldberg is the most knowledgeable attorney in town. Whenever I asked a question he answered it without hesitation and put it in terms that I could understand instead of sounding like a law dictionary. He even offered me a payment plan for the attorney fees because of my financial situation, which is great considering most people who are filing bankruptcy could use the extra help. A lot of my friends asked me if his services were worth the time and money and I said absolutely.Answered My Questions
Randolph knows his stuff. When I sat down with him to talk about my bankruptcy he laid out all the facts in a way I could understand. I left his office with no lingering questions and he said that if anything came up to look on his blog to see if the question was answered there, and if not to email him with the question. I am doing a chapter 7 filing and just recently went to my first hearing. I am confident that with him everything will go smoothly and I will end up debt free.I didnt lose my house
When I filed bankruptcy with Goldberg, I was expecting to lose everything. I even made arrangements to move in with my parents if I lost my house. Goldberg assured me that I would not lose everything and I didn't. I got to keep my house and my car. Sure I lost a few things, but I'll survive. Now I can get my life back on track.Good Guy
I went to Goldberg with my bankruptcy case and was glad I did. He took care of everything. With bankruptcies at an all time high I am glad that there is someone like Randolph helping people through these troubled times.BEWARE
"Discharging all the money you owe" You received over $5000 for my case and put me in worse shape than before with absolutely zero discharged. Your commercials make me want to throw up every time I'm forced to see them. Because "That's what you do" What you do is take advantage of people who are already having financial difficulties. You and the Trustee Ignored my letters, would never return my calls. You delegated everything to staff after our initial meeting. You can have your friends post here everyday but it won't change the facts Mr Goldberg. You did me a terrible dis-service.Buyer Remorse!
"If you decide to go with this guy, you will regret it." I heard that advise from a woman leaving on my first visit to his office. I didn't listen & now I regret it. He has a great pitch to get you, after his fees are paid he could care less about you, your situation or anything else. Look elsewhere!Straight forward bankruptcy attorney
I needed a bankruptcy attorney and saw Mr. Goldberg's newer commercal on TV so I decided to give it a shot. I researched him online and saw his reviews were modest. There were some bad ones, but they seemed to be from the same person due to grammer and similar format (like the 2 on here posted March 3). Someone must be posting bad reviews on purpose from another law office. Anyways, I went in for the consultation, and decided it was the bestmove I could have made. I'll be set up for a chap. 7 bankrupcy without any of the hassles.Awesome Work
My wife and I went to Randolph Golberg's office because he needed to declare bankruptcy, the house was worth 40% of its original value, the $2,500 a month mortgage was killing us, and I lost my job.JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED
ON DECEMBER 14, 2010 THE STATE OF NEVADA BAR RULED THAT MR. GOLDBERG WILL BE SERVED WITH A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE NEVADA SUPREME COURT. THERE ARE 10 CLIENT COMPLAINTS AGAINST HIM. (THATS WHAT I DO) HAS FINALLY CAUGHT UP WITH HIM. HE HAS BEEN ON A RAMPAGE FOR FOURTEEN YEARS IN LAS VEGAS AND HE HAS NOW REACHED THE END OF HIS ROPE. THE HEARING SHOULD BE HELD SOMETIME IN JANUARY 2011, GOOD BYE GOLDBERG !!!
